Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Tools

  Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at a designated shipping facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned tool, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
