Rust-Oleum® HOME Base Coat is Step 1 of 2 of this extremely durable interior Floor Coating system. This easy-to-use system can transform the look of any outdated floor without the cost of replacing it. The Base Coat brings a variety of color options you can choose from to refresh your space just by painting your floor. It can be used on tile, wood, laminate, concrete, vinyl, linoleum and more. Apply the Base Coat in your desired color and then apply the required Top Coat in one of two sheens.

- Home base coat requires the use of Rust-Oleum home top coat in a semi-gloss or matte finish (Sold separately)
- For interior use on any bare, stained, sealed or previously coated surfaces such as ceramic tile, porcelain tile, concrete, hard wood, laminate, vinyl and linoleum
- Water-Based formula that requires no stripping, sanding or priming
- Apply Rust-Oleum home base coat, wait 6 hours, then apply Rust-Oleum home top coat, allow 24 hours following top coat application before walking on floor
- Remove caulk and wax from floor before applying coating for best results
