This Makita 36 Volt LXT® dual-bevel sliding compound miter saw with laser kit contains two 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion 5.0 Amp-hour batteries, a 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion dual port charger and a 10 x 5/8 Inch 40T micro-polished miter saw blade. Kit also includes vertical vise, hex wrench, triangular rule and a dust bag. Tool is powered by two X2 LXT® batteries to provide more power, speed and run time without the hassles of a cord. Miter saw has Makita built electronically controlled BL™ brushless motor to deliver 4400 RPM for rapid and smooth cutting operation. Direct drive motor increases cutting efficiency with minimal maintenance. The Automatic Speed Change™ technology aids to adjust cutting speed as well as torque during cutting. Soft start effectively suppresses start-up reaction for smooth start-ups and increased gear life.
